New feature in Yahoo search supports RSS Feeds

Yahoo have added their RSS beta to the search tool. In this example, I searched for my blog, and here is the entry. Note the "Add to My Yahoo". This provides a way to read feeds alongside the my news.

Yahoo are doing a good job at formatting and displaying the feeds the same as their news items in My Yahoo, and as this catches on, it will start to bring feeds and blogs into the mainstream. My Yahoo has something like 4.5 Million users in Canada alone, and 101 million users worldwide, so a lot of people will see this.

It will be interesting to see where Google go with RSS and blogs, since they have been quiet after their blogger purchase.
